"We usually love red robin, but we had a terrible experience on 11-27-22. the place was not busy at all and we thought we had quick service and amazing food. all four meals came luke warm the burgers were cooked over the frits were limp and cold. the beats were barely visible on burgers, my mother got the garlic parmesan fries and they could not even see or taste garlic or parmesan on them. we had to eat our cold, because the waitress did not come back to check us out until 20 minutes or more, we only ate the half of our food and it was extinguished! They are also served a much smaller burger. When our server finally came back, she wanted to bring us hot pommes and new burgers. we didn't want to eat what we wanted. my vater got the fish and chips that were also cold the wobble ring tower came out in a plate apparently from towering out what was surprising since there was hardly anyone there. I don't think we're going back, it's just not how it used to be what's sad. the bathroom was disgusting and dirty they know what they say, dirty bathroom is a huge sign, the kitchen is also dirty."
