Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We usually love red robin, but we had a terrible experience on 11-27-22. the place was not busy at all and we thought we had quick service and amazing food. all four meals came luke warm the burgers were cooked over the frits were limp and cold. the beats were barely visible on burgers, my mother got the garlic parmesan fries and they could not even see or taste garlic or parmesan on them. we had to eat our cold, because the waitress did not come back to check us out until 20 minutes or more, we only ate the half of our food and it was extinguished! They are also served a much smaller burger. When our server finally came back, she wanted to bring us hot pommes and new burgers. we didn't want to eat what we wanted. my vater got the fish and chips that were also cold the wobble ring tower came out in a plate apparently from towering out what was surprising since there was hardly anyone there. I don't think we're going back, it's just not how it used to be what's sad. the bathroom was disgusting and dirty they know what they say, dirty bathroom is a huge sign, the kitchen is also dirty.

Don't waist your time here. Find a good Amish buffet. Prices high, no military discount and service was poor. We ordered 2 milkshakes for our grandkids, when they arrived one shake was over and inch fuller than the other. We brought it to the attention of our waitress as they were handed to us and she said that's just how we make them and never offered to add to the one that was much lower. I see the store reply to this post wanting my email address but I believe my post is enough. If they want to move forward on this fix the poor service at this location. I will say the Red Robin in Newport News, Va is amazing, hot food, great service and takes care of their veterans.

It took 20 minutes to be seated. We got our food super fast. Our server was very attentive. The food was superb. One of the best Red Robin dining experiences.

The burger and fries were quite good. Service was friendly, but slow, and by the abundance of uncleared tables, I assume that was due to a lack of staff.

The table was dirty when sitting, but happy cleaned when I commented, but made of rose wine from zinfandel wein then burger sent with everything that was asked not to be on burger, who fries under cooked begged for well made. but the worst thing was the cheese sauce that had it in it, but no one could explain differently than it could be a wobbles from the wobbling station, no rabate. but many excuses
