"You must make a reservation if you are not a Cheeca Lodge guest. The grounds are lovely with the restaurant on a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Very beautiful at sunset. The food was delicious. We enjoyed a cucumber salad, a torched avocado, tuna poke , shrimp and tuna tempura roll and a spicy salmon roll. All the dishes were fresh and beautifully presented. Our waitress did a great job pacing the meal and she was attentive without interrupting our discussion. After dinner we went down to the beach level and sat by the fire pit listening to the guitarist play ! What a lovely evening..."
