"The menu proposed with Gin Pairing... was without Gin. So Wine Pairing was offered instead... only this wasn 't pairing as only a bottle of local (cheap) white wine was brought to the table. The food however was excellent. Service offered by 2 young people very good, but... The elder lady (responsible I guess) was plain rude, noisy in the back behing curtains searching for I don 't jnow what all the time. Not a smile, and literally rude, almost throwing food on the table. Not one nice word, not even a simple 'welcome ' or 'how ar you ', nothing. It is very sad to have such a bad staff member serving the well prepared and excellent tasting dishes. This Chef deserves better!!!"

"The food at this restaurant was quite amazing. Very flavorful and beautifully presented. I could definitely see some Asian influences which was great . Some particular standouts were 1 the pickled oyster, 2 bone marrow flan ? , 3 artichoke and oyster mushrooms with black truffle on top, and 4 cod tripe and sea urchin. Symphonies of flavors is what I’d describe the food! The service was warm and attentive. There was one Asian server who normally worked as a cook but worked front house on that day who did an amazing job explaining the dishes and chatted with me about how the different dishes were prepared. I went with wines by the glass. And the selections were pretty good. A Pinot noir from Valencia Spain was a surprising standout. Despite its relatively high ABV I believe 14% for a pinot, it was very elegant"

"Unfortunately, the quality of the menu has decrease and its price has lately increase. Dangerous bind, IMO, for a traditional/local restaurant. The weekend menu for 30 euros is not worth of the details we experienced from the service and rank of the product, even if the choice was evidently wide. Desserts were the best part of the whole tasting. Cool point for a cafeteria, but not enough for a restaurant . Upper dining room is not easily accessible and bar zone is narrowly disposed. Disappointing. Easy to find better options nowadays within the old town."
