"I met cousins and an aunt for a 10 year lunch reunion here. Very nice garden lunch (outdoor seating worked great for COVID 19 restrictions). Service was really good. The food was good. I was raised in Billings and have been gone for decades and Billings has ALWAYS struggled with good places to eat. Juliano's has been there for years and offers a good meal in a nice atmosphere that Billings still struggles to achieve. This place is great for special occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, etc."

"When they ask if you want sauce on the side, say yes! Plenty long menu for sandwiches and the like. Went there for the first time, and ordered the Texas brisket which was alright. Not spicy, and didn't have much tang, but it was fine. Pretty dry though, and I didn't realize it came in their bread tube specialty sandwich thing. I needed a few instructions, which the server was happy to help out with!"

"I really enjoyed my tofu bowl with seaweed salad, edamame, veggies, and sauce. The sorbet was awesome! This is a really great option for Billings. Everything is fresh. We’ll be back! The staff know exactly what’s vegan, which is really nice."

"NaRa has some of the best sushi I've ever had. I ordered her alpine roll, the Jalapeños added a perfect spiciness and crispy. My mother ordered the spider roll, and the shrimps in it REALLY pulled the roll deliciously together. Actually, I'm not even a big sushi fan. But the crumbs make it so perfect. We had excellent service from our hostess, and if you are looking for good sushi and gyoza, then this is the place for you. No problem for us, but we're still happy!"

"I'm really sad to write this review. We went to the windmill for our wedding anniversary. I had called well in advance and asked for a quiet table for us. I wasn't disappointed with our dinner. I ordered crabcakes. They were only unpalatable filler with abundant red and green pepper. No sign or taste of crabs I could identify. If that wasn't bad enough, they were badly burned and served over a sauce(? that was burned into the plate. I didn't overdo anything. My husband ordered Halibut, which was relatively good, but with a very large side of rice, which was so overcooked it was simply not to cheat at all. I had the same side of rice with the same box rice look. It's been in the hotel hall for a long time. The asparagus was very good. It is enough to say that we did not finish our meals and when we asked if we wanted to take our remains home, I reacted politely no and expressed my disappointment and showed her the burned cakes. She totally agreed, was very apologetic and very sweet. She gave me my meal, which was very nice. We left her a nice tip. I do not leave this comment to be critical, but to ask where has the pride to have gone to be an accomplished cook? I'd expect more from the windmill. I'm sure we didn't bring guests. It was a real embarrassment in the history of this restaurant. It used to be a wonderful, fine restaurant with exceptional food. We won't be back."

"Had a great lunch a few days ago, decided to go back today at 3pm, knowing the sign on the door, says 5pm closure. Upon arrival we were told that we were not sitting for a lack of personnel, with only 3 small tables of people already sitting. Lost our business forever. With the limited hours they already have, they only have to close their doors. A party of two extremely disappointed."

"1.187 miles from Billings to Mexican border and you can say it. Not sure if this place is mexican or American or a 1950s dinner. Grandma and I went for lunch. We ordered a fajita plate with a mixture of meat. It was all clear from the night before, Grandma is finally the queen of the microwave. Your home cooking? Cracker Barrel is heated for 90 seconds. It's a family secret, but the only secret is that we don't say grandma. The Queso was tiny and $9 and the kids food came in small cars that were cute, but not practical, expected or wanted. Just go to Taco Bell or even Taco John if you want mexican. At least it won?t be served in a classic car. Try too hard here Amigos."
