"I would like to say Thank for outstanding service Pret Tottenham Hale tube train station. To the guy who was working on 7 February at around 2pm. I bought tuna melt and decaf oat latte. I was with a baby and quite in a rush. The salesperson was very professional, quick, and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask a name but I think this person deserves a big shout out and a raise or minimum good bonus. : He is doing fantastic job keeping Pret A Manger customers happy, and making people’s day a little nicer every day. Thank You."

"Impressive service in Covent Garden With my husband unable to stand for long the staff always found us a kerb side table with no wait. Food delicious and service excellent and consider ate. Came for lunch for days because of service."

"The welcome was good the service average. The bread served which is not complimentary, was too hard and not served warm. The Calamari was tasty and the mains portion of Chicken plentiful. One of the mains out of 3 was brought to the table half way through starter. We waited a long time to order our dessert. 80% of the staff seemed to be more wrapped up in flirting and joking with each other rather than seeming attentive to customers. It was not rush hour dinner service at this point so perhaps they wanted to have fun before the rush! Although it was very obvious the 20% of staff did not want to be tarnished with the same brush unfortunately couldn’t carry off an overall good service. I would not return here for dinner, but would come back for an unplanned lunch! Thank you."

"We came here for a work lunch and it seemed some of my colleagues had pre-ordered but I chose from the menu. We were told only one dish could have noodles; the rest had to have rice so no swaps to the menu. I had...the tempura noodle soup which was very tasty and a good portion. The miso soup came out without us ordering and I didn’t get one so not sure why but our green tea which we also didn’t order was nice too. There wasn’t a great atmosphere as it was quiet and the place seemed like it might have been a little grubby, the waitress wasn’t very good at English so ordering was difficult but the taste of the actual meal was very nice."

"Keiko was professional from the outset she communicated well with us via email and phone and agreed terms appropriately. She was catering for a birthday party. Keiko arrived on time and prepared all the items our guests loved the fresh Sushi and all...of them commented on the quality of the food and presentation. I would strongly recommend Sushi Queen and would use her again!!!!"

"I would come here every day if I lived in London. The best sushi I've had in Britain. When you walk in you immediately see the fresh fish on display and the traditional wok for frying tempura. We had the sashimi bento and the tempura bento. The salad was very nice, the miso soup had a lot of flavour and wasn't tight with the seaweed or tofu. Everything was amazing and very reasonably priced. Truly a hidden gem."

"Met up here with some old friends. Really enjoyed cruising around the different bars and trying some of the different cocktails. The service was slick and friendly. We had some of the starters to share and found the variety very appealing. Made the perfect start to a long evening of catching up. Would go again."

"I very much enjoyed my meal there. It was a working repast and we talked and ate at the same time. The staff were very generous with their time and my minute steak and salad was just what i ordered. The dinning room is long and kinda moody a really good space. We also used the meeting room for a group of about 12 people in the evening. It was perfect. Very good easy going venue. Recommended."
