"Love this place, everyone on staff is wonderful and go out of their way to make you feel at home.. Menu could be more exciting, would be nice if they had more specials of better cuts off meat, never have dry aged or wagyu beef. Can't beat the view if dining outside on the deck!! Love this place. Parking: Nice covered drive around right up front to drop your ladies off like a gentleman."

"If I can give them zero stars I would. This establishment is dishonest, rude, and condescending. My husband and I placed two separate orders through the app. Mine had 12 counts of chocolate chip cookies. The pick up time noted in the app and in my email receipt said 1:10pm, however, when my husband and kids arrived to pick up the order they were told to wait. Apparently, they hadn't even started on our orders. There was a middle age woman and a young man working behind the counter. They were rude and disrespectful towards my husband. When my husband asked when the orders would be ready the young man rudely told my husband to wait. No time estimate was given, just wait. Additionally, my husband and daughter told the lady that there were cookies as part of the order. She told them she did not see it in the order, she did not even show them what she saw on her order form to confirm. I had to drive back to the restaurant to tell them there were cookies. The lady continued to proclaimed there were no cookies, then she lied and said she looked at my husband's order and not mine. My husband and daughter called her out and said they clearly told her there were two orders and the order under my name has the cookies. The lady was very disrespectful, rude, and condescending. We will never give them our business again. Lying to the customers, cheating them of items on their orders that they paid for already, and behaving in a rude, disrespectful, condescending manner is unacceptable."

"Great burgers with a lovely view. The onion rings were delicious as well. Burger had great charring on the edges, onion rings were crisp and flavorful. There is a sign in the window that says This is not fast food... , which is true, however, it is worth the wait and you honestly won 't mind waiting if you can grab a seat at the long counter overlooking the river and just watch the water go by. Great place to grab a bite after doing some tasting at the Old Sugar Mill!"

"I just ordered the Clarksburger and it was fantastically awesome. I can honestly say it was the messiest burger I have ever ate but so worth it!!! Thank goodness they include plenty of napkins and utensils. I highly recommend this place. Local is always better and this is one of the best."

"Omg! this is by far one of the most beautiful restaurants in which I was long ago! came at 3:30 a.m. on a Monday afternoon. what I saw shocked me! first the floor was covered with dirt and dirt, the dining room tables were all dirty from previous customers. the condition of eating was even worse! the food fountains were baked around the edges with what looked like days that were worth it. the food that was in the fountain looked like it had been there for so long; the flesh appeared slim and the sweetness was devastated. the salate was brown, the pickles were warm and flimsy. it seems that they do not keep the food well at a low enough temperature. other subways have a frost around the upper sides of the fountain and the veggies are then crunchy. I could see the standing water through the bottom of an open fountain, which also leads me to the fact that eating is not kept cold enough. the cookie display was completely infertile and did not look as if it had ever had cookies in it to begin with as there was not even regale in it. on the bottom behind the counter was a plastic tableware which was covered with brown, greasy handle. the place was a catastrophe! the half of the alcohol-free drinks was out and the machine looked like she had not cleaned long in a verrrry. the couple behind the counter looked like a mother daughter team. the daughter did not wash her hands between sandwiches and just went to dress gloves with their dirty hands. it's hard to imagine that this place's health inspections happen and if it were my franchise, I'd be ashamed of how the business was going and looking. avoid this restaurant, to all taste! there is a subway in the neighboring Wal-Mart and I would recommend if they were looking for their sandwich repair. again, avoid here!"
