"Complete tasting menu, highlighting the low-temperature egg with enmental broth and Donostiarra-style Txangurro. When you sit down they offer gazpacho with toast (invitation). Pairing of three wines; White txacoli from Guetaria is very good, red txacoli is a little more normal, and finally, Reserva Luis Cañas 2016 out of ten. With the bill and coffee they offer you some very delicious pastries (invitation). Very correct treatment. The restaurant can be somewhat narrow because it is accessed by going down stairs from the street, although the decoration is nice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4"

"Si con una estrella Michelín la experiencia del EmeBe es de 10, no puedo imaginarme cómo debe de ser comer en Martín Berasategui con tres estrellas Michelín. Recomendable sin lugar a dudas. Mi familia y yo comimos a la carta, con entrante, principal y postre, y quedas muy satisfecho. Servicio impecable y profesional. Quizás el ambiente es un poco frío y formal en exceso...se nota el silencio...no se cómo explicarlo."
