"Love the customer service. I come back here time and time again. EVERYONE is nice to you there. They always play fair too. If the wings are small, they give extra to make up. Prices are excellent too. And they’re a good laugh in there."

"We had a walk round the harbour but came back here for a snack. My cockles were the best I’ve had for a long time and my wife said her shrimps were very good. You can also get pulled pork and hot food at their...adjoining counter. Tea and coffee were reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The setting, right on the harbour, is very good."

"Thought we’d get a bite to eat after animal park but instant regret. Staff were young which I have nothing against , but all were clueless. Took ages to take an order and when we eventually sat down , a young lady bought us food what wasn’t ours and was ademant it was , and was walking round like a headless chicken trying to find who’s it was. Beef lasagne has veggies in like courgette and barely any meat , was disgusting and expensive to say they clearly tried to bulk it up with veggies and no meat. Full English had dry bacon and cheap sausages and omelette was burnt and was nothing special . Schmoo milkshakes aren’t the proper ones, milk mixed with choc powder and half filled cup , rip off and took 15 mins to bring to me when all you have to do is mix it . Will not go here again"

"Took out order which was 30 mins waiting. Jacket potato was on the small side, coleslaw and the tuna had too much Mayo in it, far too creamy. You had to hunt for the dry chicken in the Caesar salad . Not enough small tables, layout needs a think"

"Not a great experience. 3 of us went. One of us had a nice meal, one of us got a meal complete with hair in it( this was replaced) and I ate very little of my meal literally a couple of mouthfuls. It did not taste good and to add insult to injury despite virtually a full plate of food being taken from the table no one asked if food was okay. My opinion if you can't do good fish and chips something is badly wrong and food should not have hair in it!!!! Waiting staff should be asking if food Is okay especially when a plate has loads of food on it when it is taken away. Verdict disappointing and a waste of money. Terrible customer service, poor food and totally spoiled a reunion with friends. Leaving the restaurant hungry and quite angry. A waste of money 2 customers not satisfied out of 3 not a success."

"Nice lunch with my mother! high tee was plentiful and my crown chicken sandwich was really delicious! would recommend them to all and we will visit again - there is also a lot of choice on the menu! definitely worth visiting if a trip on the country."
