"I went with my daughter for a brunch with a reservation, notifying her allergies (egg and milk). Upon arrival we remind the waiter of your allergies. They put a plate of ham in front of him without saying anything. When I asked the waitress if that was her dish and if the ham did not have milk proteins, she told me according to the kitchen, yes, but I will confirm it . When he comes back he tells me that it does have cow 's milk proteins. Soon the cook comes and excuses herself by saying that they had changed the ham, and that she can make him an omelette (when we had reported his allergy to eggs).
