"My husband and I love Eddie Merlot's. We been there several times. We were there last night for our 15th anniversary. Our server, Bonifacio was the best. So courteous, knowledge, professional and attentive. Highly recommend to everyone. Ambience is perfect. Food cooked perfect. Filet mignon was tender, juicy and cooked the way we ordered. I loved my meal, New Orleans Mixed Grill."

"Owner is very rude. Stingy with everything, and doesn't speak up. Entire store flipped their lid when I put a bag of chips in my bag after very clearly saying I wanted a bag of chips trying to accuse me of stealing. I checked my receipt and noticed it wasn't on there so I paid for the chips after the fact. Very rude and unprofessional manner to handle the situation however. Also made it VERY VERY clear they don't accept B1G1F coupons."

"This was the first time we have been since they reopened for dinner after a short remodel. Hopefully the menu isn’t set yet as someone mentioned they are still testing it out. Several favorites have been removed and prices have been raised. The green Chile wontons were cold. Service and cocktails were amazing as usual."
