"This place is like my Cheers. A resto where everyone knows my name. Staff knows where I prefer to be seated, gives me iced tea without me asking and shows and recommends the specials of the day. I love it here. Good food, fantastic bread, polite and efficient service. They change menu quarterly so there's always something new to look forward to.

"My dad always bought me a classic burger and it was my favorite burger growing up, but recently I tried the double cheeseburger and it was really huge because of the extra patty. It was really good like the classic burger but plus 1 patty. It's still one of my favorite burgers. Should you improve the internal appearance of the branch? Ps: I couldn't figure out an angle for the picture because the burger is big. Lol"

"I wanted to try Go Salads for the longest time. Whenever we are in the Katipunan area, i always tell myself... "You have to swing by Go Salads" <br>

Alas, this review is for their Eastwood branch. We never had the chance to visit the Katipunan branch as it is out of the way. The route back to Marikina is via Balara. Geography aside, we decide to have dinner at Go Salads. The space is small and can probably fit 10 people. <br>

Sgt Steak Salad. I've read rave reviews about this baby hence the anticipation. Sadly, i got schooled with the difference between expectation versus reality. It is an oversight on my end as i didn't review the menu prior ordering and i can't seem to remember the reviews I've read. I didn't mind that the salad is only comprised of four ingredients (mushrooms, seared steak lettuce and chimichuri dressing). I wasn't wowed with it, i guess I am used to ze extravagant kind (Salad Stop). And the seared steak is a lil tough. <br>

"Zipang is a small, hidden Japanese restaurant somewhere in 11th Jamboree, Kamuning. I've been here a couple of times and always see the Japanese chef/owner of this restaurant preparing our meal.<br>

It's a small restaurant that specializes Nagano cuisine, where the chef is from.<br>

We ordered Agedashi Tofu, Mix Furai Teishoku, and Sanzokuyaki Teishoku. <br>

The agedashi tofu was thinly battered and fried to crisp, served with a light soy sauce blend. I like how they do they agedashi with a thin skin of crust thats crispy, combined with the silky, smooth, soft tofu that is perfectly flavored with the sauce and katsuboshi. It was just melting and plating flavors in your tongue.<br>

Sanzokuyaki teishoku was served with miso soup, a vegetable side dish, tuna skin pickle, rice, and the meat. The meat serving was good for 2-3 pax. It's basically marinated fried chicken. The chicken thigh fillets was moist and flavorful. The crispy crust was the bomb. It did remind me of Taiwanese fried chicken fillet, but crispier and tastier. It doesn't have a sauce to accompany it, but its already flavorful by itself.<br>

Zipang means Japan. It'll bring you to how restaurants in Japan are, small, simple, and personalized by the chef. If the chefs out, it's closed. <br>

I have been visiting here for quite sometime and Masashi-san always greet us with a smile and shows the Japanese hospitality.<br>

"Bohemian and eclectic bar in cubao txf feels like the old malate hole in wall sticks. they have a pretty good mix of quantity it will simply be too hot inside with the weak aircon. good that they will shorten a space outside for smoker that is a good place to check, err, I mean, have talks they have a cover fee for some nights. php150, who comes with 1 drink the music for the evening we were there, had a lot of 70s and 80s. great that they have an area that people could still dance."

Last Zomato FMU at The 6th Pool Bar and Lounge was really a fun night. I arrived here early as I wanted to take photos of the place before we start drowning ourselves with alcohol. The place is so pretty! It has nice couches surrounding the swimming pool. The lights and sound system are perfect for the place.<br>

Initially, I had one of their best-sellers, The 6th Sour (290php). It’s Midori, Angostura bitter, and calamansi juice. I truly enjoyed this drink. It tasted more like mojito, but it’s more than that. The Manager told me that this is liked by most of the patrons here.<br>
