"A bit disappointed with this restaurant. Went there for Dine LA Week for dinner. We had high expectations with this restaurant as it’s in one of more prestigious hotel in Santa Monica.The service and foods were on the mediocre side. Upon our check-in, we waited awhile before we get service. During our dinner, we hardly see our waiter. The fire pit was working only partially and we were freezing to death. No friendly environment at all.Then came the food. I had their sea bass while my wife got their pasta main. The sea bass didn’t seemed to be that fresh at all. The flavor was not bad but the texture of the fish was not very appetizing.My wife seemed to enjoy her pasta. I had a bite of the pasta and the veges. The flavor was right on but the portion seemed to be on the stingy side.For the dessert, the restaurant didn’t seemed to put an effort in making them. They only have ready made baklava and ice cream, nothing special. I can buy those from any bakery outside. For a five star hotel, they should at least try to make special desserts to impress their patrons.For the Dine LA week menu of $55 per person plus $10 for parking, we didn’t really see the value in this meal. Not a good deal! The only saving grace was its view. You can get a spectacular sunset view here."

"The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous. Service was efficient. Place was fair on cleanliness. But the menu is really ordinary, and the location is run down. I would never recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal in Santa Monica!"

"This place is AMAZINGGGGGGGGG. That's the closest I've had to leteral Japan Sushi. It was almost as good. never mind I would definitely recommend."

"A juice and snack bar at the gym, near the corner santa monica blvd 2. ave. earth the bar was previously in a larger position directly on the same road. the owners closed this place and moved to the gym. here is my review for happycow. the main owner of the earthbar is the same as the great earth vitamins earth bar in west hollywood. he and his partner decide to open juice and snack bars in equinox fitness clubs. you don't have to be a member of the gym to get into the juicy. Just go in and command the combination you want. I like my red juices (kartoffel, beet, ingwer) and my green juices (cellar, spinat, petersilie, apfel.) the offered energy bars are aligned to the bodybuilder fitness members, so I don't get them. there is a small refrigerator with finished grabs (height and thun) not wg.) convenient place to get a fresh pressed juice or a protein smoothie when in this area."

"Everything was amazing! The food, the service, the hospitality, just wonderful. I’m not a person who eats liver, however Chef Nyesha sent out the chicken liver toast, I believe it was a special. I have to say, I like liver...well at Native (lol). It was beautifully plated and packed with flavor minus the the liver after taste you get when eating liver elsewhere. I also had the 40-day aged NY strip steak from Flannery Farms...it was prepared perfectly. Finally, the dessert! It was like a chocolate filled churro paired with orange blossom flavored whipped cream. So good! Don’t walk, but RUN to Native as soon as you can. You will not be disappointed."

"Excellent service, great food! Would definitely go there again highly recommend. The only thing that I would change was that the uni wasn’t served at the right temperature (room temperature) but other than that it was delicious."
