"Our waiter, Santos was excellent but as hard as he tried to make the ambiance pleasant he could not. Right next to us was a group of six or seven fairly young blue collar girls who thought they were at a bar. My wife and I had trouble trying to hold a conversation at our table. Their vocabulary was very limited. Every other word was profanity. We could not be moved to another table because the restaurant was at capacity."

"Used to LOVE this place, but not anymore. Two roller shells ordered via Door Dash. I couldn't leave my hotel, so that was my only option. Open it to both burned rollers. I was so disappointed and angry that I spent so much on disappointing me. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because the shells were good."

"Food was excellent. The atmosphere was very covered and relaxed. Signature Blackberry old fashion was very tasty. No pressure from the staff order quickly. You can just relax and enjoy the great views you choose. We also liked the fact that many articles come with one side and help at the expense."

"From the outside, this place doesn't look like it's so good, but I was completely wrong (do not let the crisp sign fool you as it did for years! My partner got the Gambler Burger (it is one of the best burgers he had and I have a breakfast Burrito and I absolutely loved it! Def recommend it to anyone who wants to feel nice for 5-6 hours"

"Saw in the sushi bar. The staff was very friendly and I highly recommend ALL YOU CAN EAT(Lunch or Dinner) option. Christian was our sushi boss. Great food and service. I recommend being creative with your roles. One side of the devil spit. Caution: I enjoy spicy roles place was clean and busy when we arrived. Be patient with the staff (they rent) and cannot sit immediately. It's definitely worth waiting. Enjoy!"

"My fiance and I were vacationing in Tahoe with some friends and we decided to break away to have a date night here. When we made reservations we noted that it was for a date night and they sat us down at a table that was next to the window and what a view! It really set the tone for our night and made it so special. I wish I remembered our waiter's name because he was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of all night. The customer service was excellent! My fiance and I both started off with some martinis and we had a really nice time sipping on our drinks while watching the sunset. For starters we each ordered the lobster bisque. The creaminess and richness of the lobster pieces was really soothing on a cold night. I thought it would come out as a cup, but to my surprise it was a bowl of soup. We probably could've just ordered one and shared that bowl of soup between the two of us. For entree, my fiancé ordered from the prix fixe menu and for additional charge he got the cowboy steak, which was a really good deal. For a la carte the cowboy steak is $140, but the prix fixe menu is $100 and an additional $50 for the cowboy steak. So for $10 more you get an appetizer and dessert essentially. Now that's a steal! I got to try some of his steak and it was so delicious and prepared well. We went to Hell's Kitchen 2 days prior where he had ordered a steak and let me tell you...he preferred the cowboy steak. It was that good! I myself ended up ordering 2 appetizers as my entree tuna tartare and half a dozen of oysters. The tuna tartare sat in a bed of thick soy sauce and it was overpowering and I couldn't really enjoy it. I told my waiter this and he immediately took it back and took it off the bill. If it wasn't for the too much sauce it would've been a really good dish. But I still give this place a 4 star because of the excellent customer service. My waiter felt bad that he offered to bring me some shrimp and crab, but unfortunately I was already full and knew I couldn't eat anymore or else I would've taken up on his offer. To end the night my fiance had the chocolate cake from his prix fixe menu and it was a perfect and decadent sized cake to end the night. This was definitely an experience and hope to be back one day to try their other dishes."

"Do not go here, save your money. They are so busy but very cheap when it come to refund even if they make a wrong order. Service horrible. I order everything veggie and spent over $100 and this place made one burrito wrong with steak beef. I was already back at hotel, called them for refund for just that burrito but they blocked my calls and next day I called here again they asked me to bring that one burrito back to get refund, how cheap this place can be. We all are traveling and no one is going to come back. This place knows how to avoid giving refunds for their silly mistakes. Do not go here. Food taste like burned."
