"At the passage station in Lyon Vaise and as we couldn't stop hunger at the hotel, we looked around for offers in the area. Then in Tessin at Place Pierre Vauboin the Sushi Shop were attentive. Behind 'm tresen you could see several employees cook and as we were VERY hungry, we dispensed with the study of the map, because in a shelf there was a large offer of salads and various boxes with different selections. And we also bought salad to go. The service was attentive and very friendly, also thought of sticks, sufficient ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.The various sushi species as well as the algae salad were absolutely fresh and tasted and excellent, which is why I don't understand the bad reviews.For us there was not the least reason to complain!"

"Expensive and disappointing. We're taking a salmon bawl. comes a green salad out of the bag and a skewer with three pieces of salmon being marinated but mostly too cooked and white. short a green salad is not a bawl and your low-end salmon that is dry."
