"Newish Japanese restaurant operated by Chinese staffs and chefs. Good service and decent food. However a bit on the pricy side One can surely find similar or even better quality Japanese food at a better price. <br/>But for the ambience and the service, will probably try again with friends at special occasions."

"We were seated right away which was great since they were busy that night. We had a waitress take our drink order and while we waited on our drinks a 2nd waitress brought us some water. Come to find out the 2nd waitress was our ACTUAL waitress. Now that is fine but they never bothered to talk to one another so when our waitress came to take our food order we had to once again place our drink and appetizer order which we had been waiting for. The 1st waitress walked by our table many times and didnt even have the courtesy of letting us know that someone elae would be taking care of us. If it was not part of the training well it would just be common courtesy. While Im sure that the staff are all qualified to work at this establishment perhaps a reminder during training of proper hygiene wouldnt hurt especially for your front staff. The food presentation was nice but the food was cold. As the night went on it became darker and colder. The patio which is by the water had no heating lamps or at least had not been turned on. Overall I still rate this spot 3 stars because even after all the confusion our 2nd waitress really did try to make up for the mixup and was genuinely apologetic. The ambiance nice great for an intimate get together or a date night."

"This place has redeemed themselves. I've been wanting to write this review for a while but haven't gotten around to it. Long story short, a while back I went with some co-workers for lunch...A server dropped a drink on the table and as a result the broken glass had cut my hand. We weren't pleased with the way the situation was handled and wrote to the management. The woman (sorry forgot her name) who got back to us was incredibly professional and handled the situation in such a positive way that we returned and have gone back since. Accidents happen, but it's how you handle them once done that is important. She completely stepped up and that is rare.<br/>The patio is beautiful and on one evening they had live music which was enjoyable. They have great drink specials and nothing is better than sangria on the patio. The food is delicious and you can't beat the view. Clearly management cares at this place and it shows!"
