"I stopped in for lunch around 2:45 and there were already 2 people in line, then 2 more quickly walked in behind me. The girl working was by herself and was very organized, efficient, polite, and still found time to greet customers walking in the door while she was doing 5 things at once. If she's not a manager, make her one asap before she someone else does! Thank you"

"The food was not as good as we expected. Portions were small, price was high. Soups salads are not included. The place was quite because there were only 4 tables occupied, when we were there. The HAPPY HOURS were limited to specific drinks, which was not explained to our, party until we asked, on our second round. Be prepared to spend if you want a full meal. We won't be back."

"An order for picking up from the subway app for a thunfisch salat today. my order was finished right away. When I went into the door, he looked very clean and I was greeted by the man who worked! my job was on the pick-up hall waiting for me. they let me know that the dressing had changed so that they had put it in tassen on the side for me to try - I was very impressed by the thought that went into this little step. very appreciated at my end. take my salat and my limonade from the cooler where it remained cold. the reception recorded on my order had a handwritten message of “Haben a good day” that one of the men took the time to write. another little thing that was noticed and did not go undetected. I'll have my lunch and the experience I get from this subway! the workers there seems a fantastic understanding of customer service and before in the food service I can appreciate the little things they have done for me and my order. had to take the time to write this evaluation for them."

"This place is so good, I visited twice. I?m a Pastrami sandwich fan. I?m trying to have it where every I go. I had it in many famous places such as Scwartz?s Deli in Quebec. I think this was the best Pastrami so far. There is only one thing that I can propose as improvement but I have mixed feelings about it. The bread was not fresh but I think it made the sandwich better. You may find it weird but you will understand when you try it. Btw, it is very crowded place so be early during lunch time."

"The food is great and they don 't mess up very often. I have noticed in the past couple of months that some of the crew isn 't as nice as they used to be or maybe they have new crew members. The wait times are long especially through the drive thru but I totally understand why they are and it would be easier to accept the wait times if the crew were nicer, they don 't say anything like 'it 's going to be just a bit ' or 'thank you for waiting ' and it would be great if they gave you your sodas while you wait for your order. Like I said the food is great but the crew 's customer service skills are lacking."

"I live close to this Cousin's but haven't been in years. Stopped in for a half meatball and a cup of chili. The staff was very attentive, communicative, and friendly. It was moderately busy and they seemed to have things well in hand. The sub was good, maybe not quite as flavorful as I remember though the chili was very good."

"This is a 3.5 star place in my opinion. The sushi was good, but definitely not the best fish in the area. The Pad Thai was a little under-sauced. Service was good. Vegetarian options: Obviously more options if you’re a pescatarian. Most of the non-sushi dishes can be made vegetarian though.
