"We ordered a slab, no sauce. It was hard and dry. We ordered a burnt end, no sauce. The top bun was hard. We ordered fries, asked to be dropped twice and seasoned. They weren't dropped twice nor seasoned. Ordered onion rings, they were the only thing that was good. The service was horrible. The person who took our order, couldn't get it right. She tried giving us someone else's order. Our food sat in the window long enough to be cold by the time we received it. I will not be spending anymore of my money there. $60 and only the onion rings were edible."

"Horrible service every time I come here whether I go through the drive through or go inside. The lady in the drive through tonight had a bad attitude with me and the other customers. The bread is either old or they are out and she is very rude when you ask any questions. Very disappointing because my family loves Panera bread but this location is awful. Don’t go here"

"When here a few weeks ago with a few of my friends it was a Friday night there was a live singer the service was mediocre with the waitress waiting along time to take our order despite there being few people. I tired the Reserver burger with fry's and the cheese burger was so dry and flavorless the flavor that stuck out the most to me was the bun. definitely not worth 16 dollar"
