"Eat at the Mado next door and experience Turkish fast food not impressed) I was worried about the food in this restaurant. I shouldn't have been! We were a large group, so posters were organized for us: humus, eggplant, tzatziki, marinated mushrooms and...Aubergines, followed by mixed grilled meat with crushed onion and purple cabbage. It was absolutely fantastic. Would go back to a flash. Elegantly decorated with kilos on the walls."

"Last month I came here twice. The first time we came here by chance. We enjoyed the food, the wine, the ambience and especially the waitress Janina so much that I decided to celebrate my birthday with friends here. This was our second time with the same waitress, more great food and drinks, live music, abdominal dancer. We had such a great time again that one of my friends decided to celebrate their upcoming birthday here. We're planning to have a hookah by the way. Very recommended!"

"I really enjoy this restaurant, they have these great turkish plates, that take you directly to Istanbul. The desserts are fantastic, the tea also great and the kebabs delicious. It also looks great and has very nice traditional music."

"American here. For anyone visiting Iasi, make sure to visit this cool place. Underground dining area is the place to be. Nice live band that will come to your table and sing for you. Be sure to tip them. The really cool thing about this place is the underground passageways/cellar that is much further underground. Ask for a quick tour of it, and they will take you down there to check it out. It's amazing to see the old passageways that snake through the underground."

"It is our usual walk+meal package for a week-end dinner. You may not be impressed by the decoration, although it is not a neglected angle. It is always very clean, the customers are Romanians and Turks. The owner and most of the staff are Turks and they are all very nice. Everything is Turkish here: the pictures on the walls, the football matches or other entertainment (TV always set on Turkish channels), the bottled water and soft drinks, not to mention the food. We've tried many dishes and they're all tasty. Tip: try something that includes tomato sauce or yogurt (I believe they make their own) and, if you like, mutton. And they offer humus and salad if you order smth. else than the cheapest dish. The prices are OK too. Oh, and the portions are enough for big appetites."

"I really enjoyed my lunch here. The staff were very friendly. The atmosphere and music were traditional. Despite being in a concrete jungle I was transported back in time to a rustic past. I enjoyed a delicious grilled turkey fillet with delicious country style potatoes and grilled veg. It was extremely good value and is busy which is always reassuring. It's position on trip advisor does not do it justice but this is not uncommon in my experience."
