"Food below average the chef is probably used to use a microwave or fryer. Menu doesn't represent in any way shape or form what comes in real life to you table. Stuff is has very little knowledge of customer service. Always claims to be very busy although never more then 40% place busy . Definitely will never eat here again or stay at the hotel. This place belongs in the 90s"

"I visited hilliers today with my friend who is in a wheel chair. We wanted to have a cup of tea and a cake in the cafe. The cafe was not wheel chair accessible. When I went in and asked if there was any other way into the cafe I got a head shake from a member of staff. Not even any words. Not even a sorry, no. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. This left my friend feeling humiliated and upset. Not just because the member of staff was rude but that I couldn’t get her into the cafe. There was a ramp but the threshold was too high. We won’t be returning. Not having wheelchair access for disabled people is discrimination."

"These places are not as bad as the people to be them. for a meal which is cheap relatiw, there was little to be mistaken. some are just for a free meal. the personal is very friendly and professional. the man on the next table who complained and refused to pay for his meal when it was honest that bad why on earth they left an empty plate, king size plate on this and make the waitress feel so small?"
