"Everything was great especially the food, until the close to the end when 2-3 waiters sprayed chemicals and vacuumed 3-4 tables all around us which created lots dust and lots of noise and a chemical smell and was very disturbing for 10-15 minutes. We are allergic to chemicals and dust, which one of the waiters doing this operation knew and he should have waited. But they were making a racket and interrupted our conversations. When we had asked him to stop before he refused, so we did not want to make a scene as this was a special family occasion. We come here often, so this was very disappointing. They never do this in Dedham and other places we go as we love Legal and have been a patron for years. We hope you can alert your staff that their behavior is disrespectful, even for people without allergies. My husband had to leave the table until they finished while he was still eating."

"We live in Hingham and have occasionally eaten at Zendo over the past few years. Our last meal was just OK, but with our son and his family in town, we decided to go there so he could get some sushi. We were seated promptly for our reservation, and they brought coloring books and crayons for the kids, but that was about the last thing that went right. It took 20 minutes for a glass of wine to appear, nearly 40 minutes for our appetizers to arrive, and the kids meals came out even later despite us making it clear we had a hungry 3 and 5 year old. Even after I complained to the manager, it still took another 20-30 minutes for the other sushi plate we ordered to arrive along with the our entrees. I won't bore you with the rest, but I guess that's why they still didn't have a full house at 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. We won't be returning again."

"I went there with my son for Mother's Day. I ordered the sesame chicken my son got sushi. Unfortunately they brought out my meal first and it was a good 1/2 hr before my son got his meal. I was already finished before he got to eat. They should of waited on my meal and brought them out together. Very disappointed. I won't return her for a long time. Food was excellent service terrible."
