"This place has lost its mojo. Be careful of what room category you book vs what you will be assigned upon arrival. I experienced what I felt was marketing trickery. Housekeeping needs improvement. Dirty in room coffee maker. Toilet paper and holder area not cleaned or changed from prior guest. Shower head not clean. Water pressure was pitiful. It used to feel intimate, personal, private. Now they are catering to multiple large tour buses, groups, local group events. Courtyard area closed every night for private functions."

"My husband and I ate here last night for the first time. We had dinner with another couple who have enjoyed other meals here and especially like the ribs. We all ordered rib dinners. As far as the food goes, the ribs were the positive part of the meal the meat was tender and fell off the bone. Since they are prepared on a Mesquite grill I was surprised they did not have a smoky flavor. Only one type of BBQ sauce was provided and I found it to be fairly bland. The meal came with a salad, baked potatoes, beans and bread. The salad was terrible a very small amount of old, brown, wilted lettuce one of the worst salads I have had in awhile. I ate a few bites and then gave up. The sour cream, butter substance and green onions for the potatoes were ?slopped? together in a small salad bowl for the four of us to pass around and share. The bowl was messy and this was awkward. The beans seemed fairly good but they came barely warm and the bowl we were supposed to all share was very small. Our wait staff did say that we could have more refills of the sides if we wanted but it would be nice to start with enough for everyone. Our friend ordered hot tea and it came in a regular glass rather than a cup with a handle. The waiter who brought it didn?t seem to think this was unusual. She was unable to hold a very hot glass and we had to get someone to bring a cup for her and transfer the liquid. For the most part though the wait staff was pleasant. The restaurant building itself is worn and tired looking. The tables are old, the chairs are frayed and my chair rocked back and forth every time I moved forward to eat. Our dining companion also complained about his chair. The bathroom was an unpleasant experience. I could barely get into the stall and close the door and I am not a big woman, fairly trim. The lighting was also quite dim, so hard to see what I was doing. When I mentioned to the hostess that the bathroom stall was a tight squeeze, she remarked unconcerned that yes, it was too narrow for her too and that the building was old. This was a disappointing first dining experience here. Prices are entirely too high and the food average at best to try this place again. The restaurant appeared to have little interest in providing a worthwhile and pleasant dinner out. We won?t be back."

"After a hot day of hard work, we thought... let 's get ice cream! We 're new to the area so we looked up the closest DQ. My husband and I used to love getting tropical blizzards, but they are long gone. After this visit, I think a lot of what made dairy queen amazing is also long gone. It wasn 't that the blizzards we ordered were bad; they were okay. Mine was Oreos Vanilla ice cream. Nothing special. On a sliding scale of where to go to get ice cream DQ no longer tops the list. Dairy Queen is now ... I don 't want to say it ... boring!!! They could easily breathe some life into the menu by bringing back some personalization. The brand feels too corporate and less let 's go get ice cream fun. Maybe that 's the crux. Dairy Queen has been around so long we compare what Dairy Queen was vs. is now. I like the nostalgia of Dairy Queen. Despite the middle-of-the-road rating, I might still come back for old time 's sake."

"This place is always clean and friendly. Love the soda. The burgers are great all fresh ingredients almost feels like they just picked the veggies out of the garden and placed them in your burger. The fries are perfectly crunchy but soft in the middle. I like to add the coarse salt in mine."
