"I saw that this place was not on happy cow so I decided to add it. There's really not too many places Upstate that have vegan options so I'll take what I can get. This place has pretty decent overnight oats and a large variety of non-dairy milks. After Labor Day they're closed on Monday and Tuesday but the rest of their hours stay the same. I wish they had actual vegan food but I'm happy with the oatmeal chia pudding and the Press nut bars as no other place has any other option nearby LOL they also have matcha"

"Went for brunch and had a blast! I got the burger and added an egg and it was delicious. Our waitress was super attentive and helpful. (I’m not sure why some of our food items came out on paper plates as you can see in the picture but it was still a great experience)!"

"The personal was great. very friendly and gave me tips, on which food would taste great veganized. they have also marked their menu clearly, but it is a small menu to begin. unique place and surprising for bethel. I had the harvested bowl with tahini and tofu. great taste, although the tofu could be flavored more."
