"Enough to find this place. True to other reviews, great staff and food. The server was very attentive and checked my order twice to make sure everything was correct. He even corrected my tea when I apparently ordered the wrong one, and he quickly checked to change it. Many choices and able to feed all four of our pickiness taste."

"The restaurant is easy to find and has looots of vegan or vegetarian options. The portions are pretty small however, I could‘ve eaten double of my pasta. And for that it was slightly more expensive than other restaurants we have been to in Japan, but it is still very very good."

"It is worth more than a reservation to experience vegan kaiseki at zicon (pronounced zeeee-cohn.) the chef is very friendly and dedicated to learn and improve more about his vegan offers. I don't know that it was much to improve, though, since everything he served was phenomenal! our multi-way lunches included rapsblooms in sesame sauce, strawberries in piniennuss compot, steamed bambus shoots with tree suckers, tempura fu and wide beans, spiced washabi leaves, wobbles and seaweed over rice, and a side of the mistsuppet. for dessert there were freshly dipped Matcha tea and two Japanese sweets: one with yuzu and one with adzuki. the restaurant is quiet and intimate and the whole experience was simply beautiful. I can't recommend it enough!"

"Very flavourful food without being too spicy. I had the Chana masala with veg pakora, chappati and Tumaric rice. Large serving and very filling. The menu is a bit confusing with veg and vegan options not clearly labeled but the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about vegan options. Some Nepali staff and influence. "It looks like they’ve improved their menu since the other reviews. They now have an English menu with many items clearly labeled vegetarian or vegan. Most is vegetarian, but they offer a vegan lunch and vegan set dinner. I had the curry for lunch and it was great and affordable. If I were in Hiroshima longer I would definitely try the dinner."

"Beautiful small business with many vegan foods they can buy. they have vegan bentobox (which unfortunately had sold out) and other small salad pots that are vegan. I have a vegan quiche and blueberry cake that both tasted amazing! it is quite small, so there is not a huge dining corner, but it is nice and cozy and ran by a very sweet couple."
