"No marked vegan food on the menu. When we asked, the waiter rolled his eyes, asked You 're both vegan? and then named a few dishes they could make vegan. They also only accept cash! The food was okay though!"

"This is quite a large cafe with inside and outside seating. Clean toilets. The coffee was amongst the dearest we bought but it has a captive audience. Pleasant and friendly young girl serving."

"Lunch here when we saw the big reviews on Tripadvisor. We have camped in Big Sands in the past and it was nice to come back here (although there was no café in these days). Beautiful building and decor. We sat in the extension with... large windows and view of the side and bay beyond. Very pleasant service. Good selection of food on the menu and at reasonable prices. I had a haggis, cheese and sweet chili panini, which was delicious, served with chips and salad. It's a shame we weren't close to Gairloch, or we'd have eaten here again. Would definitely recommend."
