"Amazing food that comes with a separate vegan menu. The burgers are out of this world and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are also fair and you get a lot for what you buy. Highly recommend going and trying the garbage fries if your in town!"

"When we were from NYC, we really lacked to get amazing cheap Indian food when we moved south. When visiting Johnson City, we stopped in Spice World to find a wide range of frozen vegan foods, as we used to in NY at Patel Brothers. Spice World even had fresh samosas, kachori batada vada in case. The employee pointed out that they are produced without dairy products. We bought frozen meals, naan chutney. We had the Samosas today. I say we liked them better than NY Samosas because they were much less fat! Next time I will definitely buy more!"

"I swear, gun to my head, last meal on Earth, it just might be BUN DAC BIET I tried this one day bc only a psychopath eats a big bowl of hot pho in the summer, life was never the same, be sure to give it a try if you like Vietnamese food. I always get the herbs that come with pho to up the flavor and spice game even more, don't forget that chili oil and lime squeeze either, crucial."

"I visited johnson city during a work trip. When I asked the waitress about the vegan black bohnenburger, she said they didn't have her. it is not on their menu. the restaurant is super sweet. but not vegan friendly, from what I can say."

"Having lived in India, can say from experience that this is the real deal. Great family operation, and very helpful and knowledgeable about vegan and vegetarian choices and offerings. If you are coming to the mountains of TN, well worth a visit here for lunch or dinner. Nice atmosphere and great food. This is your very best option in the Tri-cities area! They'll even make you a vegan rice pudding dessert if you call ahead by 30 minutes. Updated from previous review on 2021-07-14"

"The food is amazing and the owner is a true original. If she gets to know you she'll make recommendations for new or off menu items that are delicious. Iskender kebab, hummus trio, the Red Meze burger are my favorites but I'm hopeful they out the spicy chicken kebab on the menu permanently as it's really hard to beat!"
