We stopped at Kalm Bistro for a weekday lunch. Our server was friendly knowledgeable and the food arrived quickly. We ordered a Spring Roll, a Banh Mi Chay, Bun Chay Mi Kho Chay. We also ordered a honeydew boba tea from the specials blackboard. The teas can all be made vegan with coconut milk and there are a bunch of vegan options that are clearly labeled on the menu.
