"Lovely and delicious place to eat tasty sushi rolls, salad and tofu. There are plenty of options that can be made vegan (I had the caterpillar rolls, the avocado salad and dashi tofu made vegan). I’m sure there are even more things to be veganized. Enjoy! The waitress Teo is super kind and suggests a lot of delicious things. Bring money as the quality is very high quality Please book a table in advance via their website or visit them to book on-site. As of today, the booking system and interface of their website is weird. Make sure you change the number of persons in the summary overview as in the first step you can only select whole tables and the system then thinks you want to reserve for the whole table (4 or 6 ppl)."

"The hotel is located in the shopping district of JR Kanazawa Train Station. “FU” is its speciality and speciality in the region. It is basically a wheat glue so avoid if you are gluten-free. Miso soup could contain fish thehi stick please check! If you are a vegetarian (not vegan), then this place really has to fill gluten cutlet with Worcester sauce!"

"The restaurant has a lovely vibe very cool and the owners are really nice. Not much English spoken but that isn't an issue as there is a vegetarian English menu. They get you to fill out a form when you come in detailing what you can't eat which is great for us veggies/vegans. Food was really delicious, but do be aware that the portions are small! We got the grilled vegetables, a pizza, vegetable fritters and fries to share and surprisingly weren't full at all. The pizza in particular was very small and thin. Totally recommend this place if you're just looking for some tasty food, drink and a nice atmosphere, but if you're really hungry it may not be the answer!"

"I've been here on the 18th september 2019 It was one of our best days in Japan. When I discovered Aiko before our trip to Japan I couldn't wait do attend the vegan cooking class and it was so worth it. Aiko is a very friendly and great teacher! We enjoyed our class a ton! It was a class just for my husband and me, so we could totally benefit from this class. The sushi was out if this world and we made plenty. We also made a delicious green tea desert with gold on top. We did a daytrip to Kanazawa just for this course and I would highly recommend everyone to consider taking a class at Aikos!"

"Dipped to lunch and the set menu was great. either 850 yen for curry and brot or rice or 1000 yen for two smaller curries, brot and rice. They can choose from four options at midday, and if we were two of them vegetarian, could also be made vegan. all tasted delicious and was the best Indian food I had in japan. considering how full I was after the 1000 yen set, that was fantastic! service was great and they spoke perfectly English. the a la carte menu looked beautiful, but is only available for dinner."

"If I was just assessing food, Godburger is a straight up five; one of the best burgers I’ve had in Japan!! Unfortunately, the staff was stern and not very diplomatic, think Seinfeld’s soup nazi—the issue revolved around a nearly empty shop requiring each customer to order their own burger instead of sharing a burger. Anyhow, we got a burger to go and giving credit where credit is due, our avocado cheeseburger was amazing. Oh, the burger came with potato wedges which were generously salted and “fluffy” on the inside. Highly recommend!"
