Fusion 21 from kanazawa Menu

What User doesn't like about Fusion 21:
we decided to go to dinner here, as the menu on the website seemed to have no veg*n-friendly dish at all. (not sure how flexible the kitchen is to prepare meatless dishes. I would recommend the lunch buffet, which offers more possibilities, but will leave a 2 star rating. read more.

"Dipped to lunch and the set menu was great. either 850 yen for curry and brot or rice or 1000 yen for two smaller curries, brot and rice. They can choose from four options at midday, and if we were two of them vegetarian, could also be made vegan. all tasted delicious and was the best Indian food I had in japan. considering how full I was after the 1000 yen set, that was fantastic! service was great and they spoke perfectly English. the a la carte menu looked beautiful, but is only available for dinner."

"Great food and service. My favourite could be with the broth it’s simple and nice. May leave your name in the afternoon and come back again during their evening opening hours to avoid disappointment. As when I was there they were told sold out to customer who reach around 6.30pm. I reach around 5.40pm only get seated around 7.10pm as most of the people in front us already reserved in the noon."
