"We went to this restaurant after reading reviews on trip. local is elegant and with outdoor tables. we chose their selection of dishes, combined with each one with a glass of wine. well presented appetizers on tapes containing pebbles. dishes were presented in gourmet formula of nouvelle kitchens. the choice of menus ranging between lobster and duck until ending with the bison. raw materials were of good quality even if sometimes combinations with sweet foods in the dish were a bit questionable for demanding palates like Italian ones. Almost entirely good the choice of wines. cost: 2 test menu 1 test wine 265 c$"

"The manor is warm! We were placed in the bar (adult section) and to our great surprise we loved! small holiday atmosphere and relaxing atmosphere that makes forget our weeks of work! Great service! The meal was very good, hot, well presented! the small basket of hot breads with its garlic butter opens the appetite. Bravo! Don't hesitate to take the snails in a slippery bum. Really delicious! The slick pork pizza on thin crust is tasty and generous!Thank you for this beautiful and good time!"

"I have reviewed Tournebroche before and like last time, our most recent visit was great. In fact, we ate there twice in the past three weeks whilst passing through Quebec City. The food is always delicious ad made of quality ingredients; you can taste the difference. Always very busy in summer so be prepared to wait a bit, we were seated immediately both times but the first time was later in the evening when things were quieting down and the second time I think we got lucky. The family that followed us in ate at the bar - not that the bar is a bad place to eat. Service is friendly and efficient, servers can be a bit aloof from time to time, but they are usually slammed so don't expect a lot of chit chat from your server if you are into that. That said, they are not snubbing you - just busy, I want to make that clear. Meals are not cheap and don't expect big portions - the portions are just right, I've never walked out of there feeling like I did not eat enough. Good local beer, not a huge list but enough and wine that will pair perfectly with your meal. Most of the ingredients are either organic or locally sourced. Will return to Tournebroche again for another delicious meal."

"The BEST place to get bagels from! They have so many delicious menu options and they make the bagels fresh right in front of you! The #1 thing I loved about this place was the service. I’ve been working on my French and the server was so incredibly welcoming and helpful and did not judge me at all for struggling with French! She makes me want to get even better so I can come back and feel more comfortable ordering and chatting. What a lovely place to be, and they’re open right at 7am! Thank you thank you to all the staff for running the best spot in the city"
