"The food was alright, but the service was lacking. As soon as we came in we stopped at the entrance to look at the menu and wait for the waitress. When she came, she didn't greet us or even asked if we were dining in or taking to go, I had to ask if we were supposed to order there at the counter, and that's when she took us to a table. I asked her for a Sake that was sweet, and the one she brought was not, but I didn't say anything. After we ordered, the food took so long to arrive, and there were only 2 other tables dining. When the waitress finally brought our order I asked for water, given that the food was spicy. She said okay and went back to the counter and talked to a co-worker for about 15 minutes. I had to raise my hand to get her to come to our table, and remind her about the water and she still took another 5 minutes when there was nothing else that she needed to be doing because I could see her standing just chatting. When she finally brought the water, I was pretty much done with my food and so upset, definitely never going back."
