"My mother and I had dinner her a few nights ago. I had the fish/flounder which was very good. potatoes left something to be desired. My mother had a natur schnitzel, so un breaded. While the meat was good it has been cooked too long and it was really tough. We also had a salad from the salad bar. the waiter asked how dinner was and we told him about the schnitzel and he said but it looks so good, yes but it is tough. We did not ask for anything else or even not to pay. He comes back a few minutes later and says well my boss and I both tried the meet and we think it is fine. I said ok, but you did not have the piece she had. He says well I have to have my boss's back. I said nothing further. We paid and were finishing our drinks when I saw the cook come and cover the salad bar with all the food inside. They were closing for the evening.I would think as a restaurant owner you would want feedback. And whats the point of arguing with your guests, then don't ask for feedback if you don't believe them."
