"I would recommend to ensure you check the price for even the things you assume would be complimentary such as pickles and onions etc they charged us 4$ for 4 slices of onions and 1$ for small bowl of pickles."

"We spent 2 days in Banff and had dinner in this restaurant twice. Excellent food and very friendly service. Big amount of food at a reasonable price. The waitresses are very kind and refill your water glass every time they see that it is empty. I recommend it 100%!"

"We picked up a couple of ready-made sandwiches for a hike. They were good, but nothing out of the ordinary either. However, people were lined up every morning, so perhaps there are other pastries and coffee that are great. They open early, so that's convenient if you need something early in the morning."

"We were staying at the hotel and wondered out looking for a meal at a reasonable price. In the end we decided to go back to the hotel and were very surprised to find that the prices were respectable and the food excellent. It is just on the outskirts of the centre so is worth the trip even if you are staying at another hotel."

"We stayed here one night only to do a glacier hike. The hike was wonderful. The restaurant not so, the Chinese food was rubbish, so bad that I sent mine back. My replacement was a chicken Caesar salad which had a sizeable amount of brown lettuce in it. Service charge is added automatically to the bill. Service was good. The food lets it down . The restaurant is massive. This place is owned by the Greyhound Bus company and should provide better got its customers."

"Since the 6 of us wanted to tried the Alberta beef, a local friend has highly recommended this restaurant to us. We have ordered their Prime Rib and what a major disappointment!! All 6 of us could not cut through the prime rib because our pieces had too much tendon. The sauce was tasty but the cut was way below standard. I can go to any steak house and have better prime rib,We have raised our concern to our waiter and he said that regretfully, we were not the only guests that have similar experience on that evening. Maybe, as a courtesy, if the waiter knew that was a general problem for that night, maybe, just maybe he should have let us know when we order!?"
