"After a day of skiing my family of three didn't have to go far for a great meal. Taking the advice of other Triadvisor reviewers we went to Indochine. We sat in the lounge area and enjoyed mountain views all around while watching sports coverage on the tv. We have had Vietnamese cuisine a ton of times but both of us agreed the beef noodle soup and beef noodle bowls were the best we have ever had. Flavours were not masked but loads of salt and left feeling satisfied. Highly recommend Indochine!"

"I was really happy to see the restaurant has maintained standard and food was very tasty and they also added nice booths . Staff are both very friendly and very spontaneous. This was my third visit. Now it has become my best place to have my client entertained whenever I am in Canmore for my business meetings"

"Automotive shop turned microbrewery! They have a great selection of drinks and a decent amount of food options that can be made vegan. I had the vegetable dumplings and the mushroom skillet. The dumplings were tasty, but I found the mushrooms to be really oily. For dessert, they carry donuts from Mountain Rhino, but unfortunately weren’t serving the vegan one when I was there. They also have plant based ice cream."

"We were staying in Canmore for a few days and decided to give this place ago one evening. Firstly, I will say that it's a very hot restaurant! We were immediately hit by the heat as soon as we walked in. We asked for a table away from the kitchen and were seated in one of the far corners (huge relief!).The food menu was plentiful and reasonable value. We kept things easy and ordered one of the set meals. There was certainly enough food: good portions, good quality and very flavoursome. The soup was plentiful, very fresh and tasty. The stir-fry vegetables were, again, super fresh and had that lovely crunch to them. The sweet & sour pork was packed with flavour and I wouldn't hesitate to order again! Service was very good as well.My only slight point to future diners would be a reminder of just how hot the restaurant was! We were thrilled to be seated away from the kitchen, in a cooler area, which enabled us to enjoy our meal much more! Thank you for a nice evening, Famous Chinese Restaurant!"
