"Down for the rugby this weekend. The Purple Poppadom was recommended to us and it was not disappointed. Pretty excellent, high quality Indian food with a la carte twist and an original feeling. I had many Indian meals and this place is as good as it will, brilliant. Service was also amazing. We'll be back."

"Really funny advertising they have all kinds of board games and we played 2 word games cooperative under 6 of us for just over 2 hours and paid £3/2hrs to use the games. Staff great in selecting games. You have vegan options with start, net, pages and desserts more like pub food. Chillies flowed over meatburgers, milkshakes, hot drinks. The vegan chocolate milkshake was the bang! Although came with a £5 price tag really recommend this place. They want people also to wear a mask when they move and ask a person to go up the boards at a time. Like these measures. Updated by previous review on 2022-01-06"

"Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids dined here for dinner while we stayed in Cardiff for 2 nights. Basically it was the most expensive restaurant we visited and the food didn't match the price at all. All our mains were tasty. I got a curry which tasted great. We ordered dessert and the sticky toffee pudding came out cold! Due to covid 19 restrictions, all meals and drinks were served on cardboard takeaway plates and drinks in plastic cups. This ruined it a bit eating our meals out of boxes even though we dined in and paid lots. The restaurant did look nice and seems like it would usually have a nice vibe, but covid 19 has possibly greatly affected it."

"Amazing!! We tried this place for the first time last week and it was so good that I need to go back asap. Everything was well explained and the broths were the tastiest. You can choose fish, veg or meat platters and then some extras. Everything cooks so well in the broths. Staff were really friendly and so caring. When we left, they gave us some Chinese sweet treats as a thanks. Will go back in a heartbeat."

"My son wanted to go here for the Chinese dim sum on the Saturday morning, for his birthday treat he wasn’t disappointed. He had more dim sum than he could stuff into his belly. Always a good sign that lots of local Chinese families come here. often it means the food is probably more authentic than the rest of the Chinese dine in restaurants in Cardiff. Excellent, will definitely be back I will say, don’t take much notice of the scores on the doors, probably more to do with the fact it’s non-English-speaking staff in the kitchens, struggling to keep up with the paperwork. Everything was spotless and piping hot absolutely delicious ."
