"Siamo stati cinque giorni a Colmar e abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel. Avevo letto le recensioni molto positive sul ristorante, quindi abbiamo deciso di provare subito : servizio efficiente e personale molto disponibile. Vino ECCELLENTE (il migliore che abbiamo bevuto in Alsazia). La cucina propone piatti tipici del territorio a un prezzo modesto (sicuramente meno caro dei ristoranti del centro). Inoltre offre la possibilità di servirsi al buffet sia di salato sia di dolci."

"Pour un resto italien vraiment pas de choix .....cuisiner qui va au buffet picorer des frites ...l autre cuisiner qui va boire derrière le comptoir en plein service du soir ....aucun accueil chaleureux .en arrivant on nous montre du doigt ou on doit s installer. ...alors qu il y avait vraiment pas de monde dans le resto Manque un petit espace de jeu pour les enfants .."

"We already went to this restaurant back in 202, but this time the whole family joined and it was absolutely incredible. The chef personally takes your order for the 7 course meal there is only one option but the chef adapts the recipe depending to your desires; i didnt want meat so he switched that out for a vegetarian option and are the dishes beautiful! Next to the dishes, you’ll get more than enough amuse bouches that you definitely wont be hungry anymore and the next day too ; the wine card is incredible with over 1000 wines to chose from. The house bubbly crémant is also a good recommendation. We really enjoyed our time in this restaurant. It is much more than a normal dinner ; it really is an unique experience. Can’t recommend it enough"

"The restaurant to do at all costs! experience more than wonderful, just perfect for one last night in colmar and return the belly and heart full of good memories! the dishes are super good and very copied, the wine map is absolutely magnificent, we have tasted 4 different (mainly the Ginglinger-Fix domain) all the more tasty than others! the place is charming and warm and the team is really at the top, in the little care and excellent advice! Thanks to kevin who took care of us and made this moment unforgettable! I recommend it."
