"This is my goal for dirt cheap, healthy fast food. the staff are always friendly and ready to make small talks while preparing their food. there are no tons of veg options when they begin their order (only veggie and falafel) but they will find there are more than enough options when they begin to put their pita (or salat or sandwich) together. they make their own hummus, falafel and tzatziki in the house. they have so many nice to choose and charge of great sauces. it is really designed to take care, they are fast and make eating right in front of them. save them money and take a healthy fast bite on the jump."

"Dropped by this afternoon for my first time and decided to try the pasta bar. I am a very picky eater but the pasta bar had a very wide selection of pastas, toppings and sauces which made it very easy for me to find something I liked. In addition, Chef Dallas was very helpful, friendly and showed us amazing customer service. The desserts were also phenomenal. You can't beat the price and quality of the pasta bar, I can't wait to visit again."

"Hana started off at as a weekend vendor at a northside farmer 's market. For many years, her delicious food and warm customer service left her with a steadily growing following. A few years ago, she decided to branch out with her own permanent spot. She 's only open from Wednesday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (at the time of this review . Six out of eight of the dishes/stews (or wots as they 're called in Ethiopia are vegan, as is the injera used to eat them. You can get individual dishes or combos (get a combo! and she even provides rice as an option for those who aren 't adventurous enough to use the traditional injera. My only complaints are that I 'd love to see a spicier lentil stew/wot on her menu (although most locals seem to loathe heat and would also love to see a few Ethiopian salads in rotation on her menu to add more variety in terms of taste and textures. It 's my favourite restaurant in the city, though it 's well worth a visit. Updated from previous review on 2023 08 16"

"I called in advance to verify they could accommodate us as vegans. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived we were offered a variety of options. I had the curry which was incredible!!! It was served with sweet potatoes and rice. My friend had a vegan stir fry. The smoothies were super too. The server really made us feel at home and seemed enthusiastic to accommodate us. She was very friendly (the restaurant is family owned and it shows service was great . She told us that the roti is vegan too as is some of their soups. I'll definitely be going back again. I loved that curry!!! It's one of the finer restaurants in downtown Fredericton. The curry was about $19 with rice and potatoes and the smoothies were about $5. I believe they are open for lunch on certain days and have a different lunch menu. I'm not sure if they serve alcohol. I'd give this 5 stars if I could but the system only allows 4 stars for restaurants that aren't 100% vegan :"

"After arriving in Fredericton on a Sunday we soon realized there wasn't very many establishments open for business. We stumbled into this place weary of the exterior but were surprised at how nice it was inside with an impressive huge chandelier hanging from the middle of the high ceiling and an even better back patio. The food, drinks and service was great - applause to our waiter, Calvin, who put up with us for a couple of hours as we had no where else to go in the town and needed to recuperate from our long drive in from Quebec."
