"I wish I could literally give them a zero! Seriously can not believe what happened today, in town for a rodeo and told the food up here was great. Usually we go to the Hub and that's the best, this place was horrible!! Had a table of 11 called ahead, they said yeah come on in. We get there they don't have our table ready, they get us sat and got us drinks and took our order. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, 4 tables of 4 people came in and got their food before us after coming in after us. Finally when my 4 year old is ready to go I am like let's pay for our drinks and go thats when they finally decided to come over and tell us our food is coming out next. Then they proceed to tell us they are short staffed but two cooks keep coming out to tables and talking with I can only assume regulars? All I know is I am used to the Hub and this was a severe let down. Our food was cold, our orders we all messed up. our server was rude, and then over charged us we had to go in and get it corrected. My advice would be if your not a regular only go with 3-4 people and be prepared to be ignored and treated like an outsider."
