"Wir waren schon mehrmals im Ganesha essen uns bisher soweit zufrieden. Aber leider war der letzte Besuch ein Reinfall. Das Essen war (selbst bei milden Gerichten) extrem scharf, sodass wir Joghurt nachbestellen mussten und das, obwohl wir normal wirklich scharf essen. Ich hatte ein mildes Lammcurry und gezählt 4! kleine Fleischstücke in der Sauce. Die Bedienung war eine weitere Katastrophe. Langsam ist untertrieben. Man musste immer auf sich aufmerksam machen, sonst kam sie gar nicht, Getränke dauerten über 20 Minuten. Der Inhalt der Speisekarte war ihr ebenfalls nicht geläufig. Auf Reklamationen ist man freundlich eingegangen und bot den "Geschädigten" ein kleines kostenloses Desert an. Im Vergleich zum Beginn des Restaurantes ist zwar der Geschmack des Essens geblieben, jedoch merkt man den Versuch der Gewinnmaximierung bei deutlicher Reduktion der Menge des Essens.Schade!"

"Location Near the large car park and motorhome parking, at the edge of Kulmbach. Hiking area to Plassenburg. Ambiance exhibitors around the restaurant report on lunch and dinner, with various wild dishes, frittier and rounds as well as on the domestic makers to take away sausage specialities. Inside you enter a beautiful farmhouse (place for 60 people), bright wood, a cozy green tile stove with two matching porcelain figures from ancient times. A mural shows the arrival of soldiers under the Plassenburg. ugly lacquer cassettes were incorporated between the wooden beams of the ceiling. The stained glass windows appear curved by the preset round wall arch. The Spirit of the Lord is not lacking. On the tables themselves there is a round crochet deck on which a large tealight glass stands. Service Only one power in the service and the chef dominate the restaurant alone. Everything's running smoothly. No hurry, no hectic, everything very organized. The operation is a typical woman with which a hand is used for the bottling plant, with which the alcohol-free drinks are gifted simultaneously. Food A special recommendation from the house are the specialties from the angerus bark from organic use. However, we chose from the map the pepperhaxe with dumplings and herbs and the pepper pan with roast. In both courts there was also a nice additional salad. Since we also wanted to try the housemaker sausage, we chose the housemaker plate as the third. We randomly had an ingenious insight into the kitchen area and could observe the preparation directly. Everything was freshly prepared and processed with love. The worktop was wiped and the meat was carefully beaten and seasoned. So it happened that our meat dishes and the supplements were really delicious and well lubricated. We were disappointed with the sausage plate. Conclusion: Regional dishes and a Franconian cuisine prepared with love"
