"Excelente! Pizzas y empanadas riquísimas! El relleno de estas últimas es super generoso, bien cargado y con sabor fuerte. La atención es normal. Los pedidos generalmente los preparan muy rapido, no hay que estar esperando tanto si se compra en el local. Los precios son aceptables, sobre todo en las empanadas en base a su tamaño y relleno. Muy recomendables!"

"Hasta hace poco Itals (ahora Roots) era la única opción vegana de la ciudad. Sin embargo, ya hay, al menos dos restaurantes más con estas características. Itals, lamentablemente, no es el mejor. La carta no cambia hace años, y la calidad de los platos varían según quien los prepare. La peor parte es que el servicio es lento, a veces te das cuenta de que te ven y no te atienden. Fui varias veces, las primeras bastante satisfecha, pero cada vez fue peor y peor. Le pongo calificación normal porque la comida no es fea, pero le falta bastante para estar a la altura de la competencia en la ciudad y ni hablar si se lo compara con restaurantes de la Ciudad de Bs. As."

"I had only one of the worst experiences at the Cerveceria Modelo restaurant in La Plata. I came there and stood for 5 minutes until a waiter told me rudely to sit somewhere (there were many empty tables). Then I waited for someone to come here and at least ask me if I wanted a drink. After 20 minutes nothing (no eye contact, no bread sticks, nada) I finally gave up and went back to my hotel where I bought a bottle of wine for dinner. I checked over 100 restaurants around the world for TripAdvisor. If you read one of my previous reviews, you will be of the fact that they are almost all positive. The reason for this is that I only write about the places I would recommend TripAdvisor readers who like to really appreciate great culinary experiences. If I have a less than positive experience, I simply consider it to the restaurant with a difficult day. But this place made me feel that they did not appreciate my business and had no idea that customer service and a welcoming attitude is an important part of a great modern culinary experience. Avoid it at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like dirt."
