"For New Year's dinner, we decided to just book a table in this restaurant. They do have set menus good for 12 and with different price options. The set menus are a good deal because of the good discount . We ordered the set B , and just added an additional order of Yang Chow fried rice. When we wanted to add another noodle dish, but the manager offered to add it on the house ! Serving size is if course good for sharing and we had plenty of left overs for take out even when we had our fill. Service is very good."

"I had for take out their caramel chocolate cheesecake. It's an overpriced and average cake. The caramel is good and super sweet. Below it is a chocolate chiffon but you can barely taste the chocolate. Below it is a layer of whipped cream. And below is supposed to be cheesecake but it's just yellow chiffon with a slight taste of cheese. Order their other cakes that are way better than this."

"Ordered 2 slices of cake - CHOCO PRALINE (200) and the FROZEN CHOCO CLOUD (180).

They were both okay, the Choco Praline was sweeter because of the caramel bits? It was good but just too sweet for me. We all liked the Frozen Choco Cloud more since it's like a chocolate mouse cake but better and bigger. Also, it is not as sweet unlike the Choco Praline. ????

I also tried the GRANOLA LIGHT (220) and hmmm it was good but just like their cakes, it's pricey and I can't say it's worth it. ????

Service was BAD and super SLOW!!! ???????? Servers were everywhere, we had a hard time calling them and asking for everything!!"

"I longed for congee and an officer recommended this place to me. I didn't expect their servings to be that much - I was full by almost the end of my shift and ate here about two hours before the shift started. Budget friendly too, though serving time may be a little slow for those in a hurry."

"Yoree Korean Dining is one of my favorite restaurants in Korea. We always go to the BGC branch.
Each table has a charcoal grill so everything is freshly cooked and hot.

My husband, my children and I each ordered the Lunch B course, which costs P898 per person, at least 2 orders. It's an 8-course lunch that starts with juk, a Korean congee, and 3 starters. Juk is a bit like congee, but finer. The 3 starters consisted of cucumber, kimchi and muchim. But they gave us 4 starters one of which was sweet savory eggplant.

Then we each got gyeranjjim, a light and super fluffy steamed egg that was served in a hot stone bowl. It is exquisite! It's a great accompaniment to all of the tasty dishes that would follow.

We all had a serving of Haemul Japchae (Seafood Japchae). Very tasty and cooked in parchment paper ... I don't know how that affects the taste but it certainly adds to the presentation points. You don't skimp on seafood.

Then we had Yangneom Galbi, marinated USDA prime short rib, served with prawns. According to the menu there is octopus but beef and shrimp were all we got.

One thing I love about Yoree is that the quality of the meat is always top notch. The beef we had was no exception - extremely tender, flavorful, and simply delicious.

We also had Chadol Duinjang Jjigae, a USDA beef tenderloin, tofu, and vegetable stew in a hot pot. It's a spicy soup that is to Koreans what Sinigang is to Filipinos (but it's not spicy). My husband and kids thought it was too spicy, but I just thought it was okay.

We were supposed to be getting mul naengmyon, or buckwheat noodles with beef broth, but it wasn't available so they replaced it with bibimbap. Neither of us has anything against it, because Yorees bibimbap is super tasty. Also, I think a rice dish like bibimbap goes better with grilled meat than pasta.

Our last hearty dish was samgyeopsal, pork belly. You will be served fried kimchi. Again really first class meat. I should mention that you can have unlimited green salads with your meal.

The last course is dessert and we all have patbingsu. The milky shaved ice is so fine that it has a powdery texture. It is topped with sweet ripe mango cubes, red bean paste, and candied walnuts. It's sooo good. Deliciously milky with a hint of sweetness, tartness and crunch.

My husband, the kids, and I all agree that Yoree Korean Dining is one of the best places to get Korean food here in Metro Manila. While it is way more expensive than the usual Korean BBQ buffets, there is no comparison when it comes to food quality. You get nothing less than premium meat when you dine at the Yoree. They serve all Korean dishes to boot. Some of the cheap places mix non-Korean dishes into their menus and spreads. No short cuts here.

The service is nice and efficient. They grill and cut the meat for you. All you have to do is get involved! It doesn't get as smoky as most other places either. While your clothes inevitably have the very slight smell of crickets, they won't be overwhelming. Ordering menus is the way to go as it is more economical and you can try more dishes."

"The food was great. I was impressed with their Ramen collection and all of the fresh seafood available for grilling. I also enjoyed their choice of mushrooms and available sauces and condiments. Aside from Sashimi, which is my default favorite wherever I go, I was also delighted with their Salmon head in Teriyaki sauce! I had two servings because they didn't refill that station after my second serving, sad. Their dessert/drinks bar was okay, nothing special. ...

"Authorities Chinese cuisine!
this comes from a person who lives in shanghai.
Price bec the cheapest meal that they can get around, but all is great portion, good to share. <br
Really really good! the personal is also very attentive. the interieur is very authentic and the restaurant looks the same in the local restaurants in shanghai.
Since it is seuan, expect that most foods are very sharp, so if they are not so good with spicing they can always ask to put the seasoned one level down, or ask them first whether it is spicy before they finish their orders.
highly recommended!"

"L'Entrecote in Burgos Circle is a fancy yet at the same time really homey French-Swiss restaurant. They have been in BGC for 7 years, and that's quite a feat! I had the pleasure of spending my Friday lunch here together with my fellow Zomato foodies with the owner, Chef Martin Kaspar himself.

I always find it a joy to be in food meet-ups wherein the owner is personally there to share some thoughts and background as to how their restaurant came to be. That's what Chef Martin did, he sat down, ate and had wine *wink wink* with us. He gave us a brief background as to what L'Entrecote means and its significance around the world. Also, as to how he started his restaurant here in the Philippines and how he had to change and adapt with the change of times without sacrificing the great quality of food he serves to his patrons. It was an insightful conversation with an experienced chef-restaurateur such as himself, and I wallowed in it.

Now let's go to the best part -... read more"
