"We have been customers for the last 5 years or so. When in Nelson shopping , occasionally we will get Chinese takeout for home. Truly have yet to be disappointed. A little dumbfounded by all the negative reviews."

"Ordered from here last night. Woman who took the call first complained that we wanted delivery. Called us again complaining she had not recieved the e-tranfer we sent within 5 minutes of ordering. While confirming the transfer, she says make it snappy. Terrible customer service, consistenly very rude communication.Food is only mediocre. Basic indian style, nothing to make it stand out, and very small portions. 3 main dishes was not enough for 2 adults."

"Small and cute family-run café. Your breakfast choice seems to have changed since they did not mention vegan breakfast/lunch options on their table. However, they offered me to make a sourdough bread with avocado and tempeh, which was very delicious. As for candy, they only had a vegan muffin and a few raw eggs. Coffee is good and they offer oat milk or homemade almond milk."

"We came for a late lunch at 2pm and we were the only customers. The hostess (who I believe is also the owner) was friendly and helpful.The spice level is realistic, not watered down like many other small-town Indian restaurants; the "medium" I asked for came with an appropriate amount of kick.I ordered the Muttar Aloo which was more watery than I have seen prepared elsewhere, but the flavour was good. The naans (both garlic and aloo) were good as well."

"I took takeout when I was staying in nelson but food was average it doesn't matter to me this restaurant has students who are hardworking and need to make money for their fees and other things which is important because they come from other countries like India which they are mostly from the food they were trying their best to which is fine this restaurant is good to go to.Also this one girl named gagan yesterday at cashier or waiter she is very nice I tipped her ten dollars she is very nice and she is hardworking and also these students feel like family for us so at the end of the day don't judge themWill be coming back to this restaurant."
