"Came in a little late on a Sunday lunch with 2 friends. I believe google told us the establishment was open till 3. We probably got there around 2:05 pm. Nobody greeted us for about 5 minutes. Then the man who was serving tables came up to us and said, "normally the kitchen is closed after 2, but let me ask the chef if we can open the kitchen for you." He went back into the kitchen and all we heard was a loud scream saying, "NO, I DONT WANT THEM!"First of all, we would of been perfectly happy with a kind "no" from the waiter but that was appalling. We would of spent a lot of money at that restaurant and we're eager to give the food a try. However, because of the absolute rude exit we were given, we will never go there again. We heard it was the best Thai in port Macquarie but to be honest I've never experienced worse service in port Macquarie. Very Disappointing."

"We had a high tea baby shower for 16 people. 3 tie plates came with very fresh delicious fingers sandwiches a variety of cakes and hot finger food. A tower per 3 persons. We can't eat anything like that. So glad I ignored reviews. Some people are never happy and we could not have been happier!!! Our waitress was amazing and catering for all our wishes and the venue was perfect. A private room overlooking the water all decorated and furnished. PERFECT!"

"Firstly I would just like to say that the Thursday night waitress does an amazing job. We are regular customers on Thursday nights and tonight when the boss turned up we were appalled. If he needs to speak to the staff he should wait until there are no people in the restaurant.Overhearing his conversation, apparently the waitress is not aloud to chat with the customers!! Do you know what customer service is?? If you want your customers to keep returning you will need to change your attitude towards your staff. Also you plan on turning away customers that do not want to eat "all you can eat". Not everyone wants to sit down and eat heaps of sushi for $25, they may only want a couple of plates. Again you are turning away people and money which comes back onto the staff working on the night. Maybe the boss man needs to work on a Thursday night to see what actually happens instead of instantly blaming the waitress. FYI, be kind to your staff they are doing the best job they can. At least Nicole talks to the customers, I have been before where the staff don't talk unless taking your orders, nor do they ask how the food is. My rating is based on the boss's service which is a appalling. Nicole's service on Thursday nights is amazing, couldn't record anyone else.Thanks Nicole, your azaming at what you do!!"
