"Tortugas has another location in lambertville with superior eating. it is really a shame because this is a nice byob to gather friends and enjoy chips and salsa/guac. Perhaps the meat products are better, but every dish I tried is made with tasteless frozen or bad quality vegetables and without much creativity. I really want to like this place, but I'm always disappointed with eating. if they are vegan or not eating, they are more disappointed. they calculate them extra for chips / salsa, which is somehow annoying in view of the high price of cheap food they serve."

"Seriously be careful if you write a bad review here because the owner will harrass you late at night and call you a brat in private messages- I'm assuming I hurt his ego? Absolutely uncalled for. To reiterate- I would not eat here ever. Ownership gets 0 stars. I'm sure the food is decent, but seeing some othe other reviews I don't think it's anything amazing. I have attached a photo of his messages."

"That is terrible; I ordered kung pao huh and they gave me old chew-frozen chicken in a celery sauce that was so much celery in every dish of taste overwhelming. I had bad eating, but I had never had any inedible food; idk, how the rest of there tastes menu, but I won't risk another try. Zero stars!"

"The service was good. We ordered and the food came out quickly and it was delicious. The menu was very diverse. From Mexican, to Asian and Italian. Me and my wife ordered two different dishes and they were both very good. A very good experience, if we are in the area again, I would very much like to come back."

"Never been to a restaurant where food was severed on a paper plate before. Other than that the sushi fell apart when I picked it up, and barely had any flavor even though I ordered a spicy roll. Waste of ten dollars. I?d give them 1 star if the staff wasn?t so nice."

"This was our second time at Thea, taking our son and his wife. They ordered the arancini since she's from Tuscany, and even with her high bar, they loved it. My wife had the pasta with seafood and really enjoyed it . Our son had ordered the veal Milanese but missed the last one, so chose the chicken Milanese and gave it high marks. We shared an orange cheesecake and coffee, all of which were generous and very flavorful. The only glitch in service was they were short of chilled white wine "buckets", so we ad libbed with good old ice around the (byob) bottle. Otherwise, our server and trainee took great care of us."
