"The food is very average, extremely busy place, organized chaos. I must say the food dishes were replenished quickly. But, the flavor just wasn't there. Quite a variety but the taste just .didn't come up to standard. My husband and I are from the Kamloops area and there are some very good restaurants there. Maybe not fair to compare but this just didn't cut it for us."

"Stopped in for a quick bite after business nearby and prior to hitting the highway. The display cooler was full of tempting, tasty-looking options -- breakfast burritos, veggie burritos, various pastries. I went for a bowl of spicy rice with chicken, chorizo, and zucchini. Kind of a rice dish, kind of a thick stew. It was delicious and just what I needed before a long drive -- clean and healty, versus empty carbs. Also good value for $9. The staff were young and cool, which is nice to see in Revelstoke. Glad to have checked it out, and would definitely drop in again. This place for lunch, and either Modern or Conversations for coffee and sweets"

"This is a large golf course in a very picturesque area of BC. Valuable stopping for a round, course is in great shape with many trees. It was 37 degrees outside, so there was no car service and we were not informed....Course was slow, so we were groomed before our teens."

"Time your Cowboy Trail drive to have supper here! This is a small town jewel tucked into a very plain looking hotel, which would have been overlooked if I hadn't done the Internet thing. My daughter was in Cremona for the day and, as it was near suppertime when I picked her up, we looked for a local restaurant. The menu for Coyote Grill looked appealing. Bring your appetite because the portion sizes will fill you up. I had their creative take on Chicken Wellington with Duchess potatoes and grilled vegetables. Asking for my Wellington without prawns (remember I said creative) it was clear they assembled the Wellington fresh because the prawns were where the pâté would be in a Beef Wellington. It tasted amazing. The Duchess potatoes were also extremely tasty ... maybe a little heavy. And I was thrilled with the grilled vegetable mix of red and green peppers, white onions, and brussels sprouts.My daughter had their stuffed meatloaf with the same sides. She's a big fan of meatloaf and gave this chorizo stuffed recipe high praise. She finished her meal with a blueberry pie which also received top marks."
