"Absolutely delicious food. I have to eat something from Shanti 's, that was 't excellent, and it's hand-down our favorite restaurant in Roseburg. The curries knock off your socks; the Naan is the sky on a plate. Everything is well fed and well cooked. They offer a lunch buffet if you want to try out a variety of their dishes, but we tend to go during dinner to take leftovers home. You will adapt the spiciness to your pleasure, but even the hot level is quite tough (in my opinion... but then again I eat spicy food regularly, while many people do not). In short, if you haven't been to Shanti yet, you should really try. We hope they stay open for a long time!"
