"Been in this plaza for many years, but never noticed this place until one day I saw a sign that said she sold sugar cane juice. Lately I believed in sugar cane juice, so I went in. Location: Vikon Center Plaza. This is a busy plaza so you have problems finding parking. If you find parking spaces, you will also notice that the parking spaces are really compact. I also notice that there is another sugar cane shop in this plaza called Dr. Sugarcane. Feels a little strange to have two shops in the same place that sells the same. Service: The owner of the shop was very sincere, friendly and had this confidence to say that he sold the best sugar cane juice in the city. I still didn't believe it, so I told him I had to try it. It also made me a little skeptical by the look of the sugar cane press. It looked old. I saw in amazement when he continued to press the sugar cane through the machine piece by piece. It didn't make any noises compared to other places I went to. Instead of Kumquat, he uses tangenins for juice. Cost: Small is $3 and a big is $4. If you want less ice or no ice cream, it's a $1 more. Pretty standard with other sugar cane juice shops in San Gabriel Valley. Sugar drink: I love it! It is 100% natural sugar cane juice! I tried a handful of sugar cane juice places and finally this is the place to get the best sugar cane juice! It had the right consistency... the orange citrus taste did not overwhelm the sugar cane juice and was very refreshing! I think I found my place for sugar cane juice! Come on, this place is legit for sugar cane juice!"

"Total gem in rosemead. The soup and baked catfish are an amazing combo. We usually get the dinner for four combo in the menu. It serves our family of four perfectly with a bit extra to take home. Service is fast and workers there are friendly. Would recommend.Parking: Plenty of parking on the street and in the plaza"

"Like many Chinese restaurants, not all 200 plus items on the menu are good. China Bistro is situated at a former McDonald's. They offer lunch specials till 5pm as well as midnight menu. My favourite dishes here are the Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables, French Style Fish Fillet, and the Seafood Chow Fun with XO Sauce. The staff at China Bistro speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English fluently. They are efficient and courteous which is a far cry at most Chinese restaurants. Ample parking available on both sides of the parking lot or street parking."

"I've had this place bookmarked for quite sometime. Wife and I decided to eat here on Saturday around 5:45pm. We decided to eat a little earlier because I know this place can get crowded. The restaurant was maybe 2/3 full when we started and by the time we finished around 6:45 it had 5 parties waiting outside. Let me just say this.....The service was excellent. We were asked how we were doing multiple times, water glasses were refilled without asking and the food came out promptly. We ordered 4 dishes and this is how we rated them. Pan Fried Pork Bao 9/10 Very tasty and juicy Popcorn Chicken (mild spicy) 8/10 Excellent flavor with a decent amount of spice Braised Beef Rice Noodle Soup (Fun noodles) 7/10 Pretty flavorful broth, excellent beef, should have got egg noodles Black Pepper Beef Fried Udon 6/10 Good flavor but not very much pepper or beef Overall a good experience. Enjoyed the food and will probably come back."

"This spot is by far the one of the best French restaurants I've tasted! Y'all definitely need to check this mom and pop shop out! Food: amazing! All of their food is fresh and cooked excellently! They serve fresh baked bread and butter, then a salad and soup, and your entree shortly after. The steak was a special that night and was SO good. The flavors were well seasoned. Service: good! They are a mom and pop shop so they have a good relationship with the customers. They check in frequently and run the front of house pretty well!"
