"What a disappointment, we drove passed and decided to sit and dine, from the beginning the service was shocking, no drink orders taken for 15 minutes and 20 minutes before any food order was taken, after asking 3 times, was strange as there were only 3 tables that were taken at the time, even the young gentleman who kept passing up and down in between tables, his communication was terrible, all the chicken tikka starter was rubbery and cold and had to be sent back and the mains lacked flavour and were warm, like that had been sitting on the side for some time, it says it all when the best part of the meal was the garlic naan even that was bang average we decided to inform the “manager/owner” of the unpleasant meal and he just laughed it off and said there were very busy!"

"Staying near Romney we had booked the Curry Lounge. Looked great from the outside. Once in, just as good. Had great service. Most importantly the food was fantastic. Not greasy or oily. We had the chicken Goan as well as a prawn dish with rice and sundries. All very, very nice. Many thanks."

"Great for couples quality eating clean the portions are not so big but still ok when they are a big eater then order! I had the crispy aromatic duck seasonal brat Chinese sweet, the duck was great, the vegets were good. price came to £17.35 I highly recommend that this place will go back with my girl as she also loves to escape. eating quality, cheap intimate atmosphere with great employees who are tailored to their needs without disturbing them. best meal I had in folkestone!"

"Good, but not really great, in some ways 4.5? We booked at hotel Reception as requested. We wanted a late time, but were told 1900 and 1930 were fully booked anyway....surprised to find only one table taken when we arrived in the restaurant, so little atmosphere. Starters good, especially rabbit ballotine. Main courses mainly traditional English, but with nice sauces and garnish, good quality, generous portions. Note that grilled items do not include sides, whilst other mains do. Service pleasant and efficient. Prices appropriate for this kind of place. We enjoyed our meal, but might not return."
