"The restaurant is located on the ufer and is one of the few with not too loud and very beautiful music. a solid wine card and the menu provide a great evening. there are 3 dedicated vegetarian dishes (real vegetarian not normal without meat) that are very tasty. to start with many vegetarian or vegan. we loved our evening and would come back"

"I don't know about the rest of Turkey. But if you plan to visit Side I would strongly recommend you to go self-catering, as even vegetarianism seems like an alien concept in this part of the world. However, very close to the hotel I stayed, I found this little jewel by chance, and I and my friend who is not vegan ended here on a very regular basis after a few more hit and miss experiences in other facilities. Especially it was a nice place to eat. We sat outside on all occasions, but the interior looked great. Very clean and tastefully decorated, without being intentional. The waiters were fantastic, friendly and helpful, but without too pushy and in your face, as some waiters can be in Turkey.especially if you are two single ladies! On each occasion they serve a free starter of Flatbread and Salat, which was almost a meal in itself. I told the waiter I didn't eat eggs or milk and they prepared my flatbread without. They also remembered the next few times we visited on other occasions. The salad was fantastic fresh and flat bread tasty and I was almost too full to eat my main, the vegetable cuprole was... which seemed fine to be made from tinted or frozen vegetables, although the sauce was tasty enough, it was in the vegetarian section of the menu. On another occasion I ordered the herbal curry I must admit without checking whether it had milk, and unfortunately it was in a creamy corma sauce it can be useful to eat with a not vegan as they can taste your food! it did not look so appetizing. I also noticed that she had lentil soup on the menu, although I didn't try. Beverages were cheap and on our first meal we had our starter, main, a bottle of wine and 2 cocktails for around seven pounds each!! While I did not find much better in terms of quality and price in Side...and for some reason I could not find anywhere serving the vegan stacks of Falafal and Hummus.... I don't know what happened there! Actually, I went to a place called Ockabashi that served hummus elsewhere. But for some inexplicable reasons it was prepared with butter????!!! But by side, I would say that this was the best option for food and value. Another plus for me, although perhaps not every desire, were the cats who walked freely around the outside area to be fed and fed by me and other customers."
