The extensive diversity of coffee and tea specialties greatly enhances the value of a visit to Nihonkai Tsukiji, The successful fusion of different dishes with fresh and occasionally daring products is highly valued by the visitors - a good example of Asian Fusion. A lot of freshly harvested vegetables, fish and meat is used in the easily digestible Japanese cuisine of Nihonkai Tsukiji, Delicious particularly are the Maki and specialties like Sashimi that this restaurant is known for.

"I had high hopes for The Butcher Shop and Pub. From the outside it looks cool, modern and artisan well done on the design. When we entered and asked for a table for two, we were escorted upstairs and asked to sit next to a table of people all smoking heavily. I explained that I am not a smoker and don't wish to sit or eat in this environment so they took us back downstairs and took us to a cramped table next to a pillar. The menu looked promising a selection of meats available with choice of rub or sauce, some nice sounding sides plus interesting starters. However when we tried to order the pate, the waiter explained that there were several items not available all seemingly what we wanted to order. So we settled for a goats cheese salad then a couple of steaks. The salad was big enough for two to share, with two thin slices of tasteless baguette, each with small slices of what tasted like goats cheese but looked more like cheese spread. The salad dressing was a disaster thick, gloopy, far too sweet and much too much of it. We had to scrape it off the lettuce to actually make it edible. The mains arrived while we were still eating the starter. I had ordered something described as hanging steak, which, on the plate, resembled a slightly thicker frying steak. I had requested no rub or coating, but only salt and pepper, which in retrospect was a mistake because it was pretty tasteless. It was tender meat, but devoid of flavour. The real shock was the garlic wedges accompanying it. I honestly have not tasted anything so bad in a restaurant of that supposed quality in a long time. They were wedge shaped, looked to be hand cut, but they were subsequently covered in some utterly awful dry coating that was bright orange and tasted like some cheap artificial barbecue coating. The taste was so bad, and it lingered in the mouth long after I spat out the wedge, meaning that the already tasteless steak now tasted equally as unpleasant. I wish I could say something positive but there was nothing positive to report on. My friend's steak was dry, burnt in places and equally as tasteless. His french fries were not treated to same awful coating as my wedges, but were still poor imitations of proper fries. The wine was passable, although they did not have the advertised cabernet sauvignon so replaced it with merlot. The bill for one bad starter, two bad mains and two glasses of average wine was 2,700 Pesos. Much better value is available in myriad places along the Bonifacio High Street. If the BS&P doesn't raise its standards significantly, I cannot see it surviving."

"A simple food court stall offering affordable Korean meals. <br> <br> In this review we take a look at their Bibimbap (120 PHP) a no frills, quick, and filling hot meal. Served in a hot plate, the Bibimbap is filled with a lot of side, a heap of steaming rice, and a sunny side egg on top of the pile. It's definitely a filler kind of meal, an eat and go type that can't be hyped. <br> <br> Prepared consistently with ingredients precooked and ready for it to be laid out on your hot plate. Meats are grinded and scooped as needed, same as the veggies. The eggs are perfectly prepared and are laid out in the open and ready to be topped on your meal, so mix well to reheat it properly. The overall experience is average at best. The most appealing of part to report is the quick preparation. <br><br><a href="https://www.zomato.com/spoonback?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.Eater.ph&amp;r=28028378&amp;to=31448506&amp;k=f2521be12ef078fb4317778c3029eeb1" target="_blank"><span class="left red-text">eater.ph</span><span class="grey-text left ml5" data-icon="ŧ"></span></a>"

"My mom went home one day with some of Zao's barbecue dishes - which we all enjoyed. So on another day when my mom wanted to eat at Zao again, we obliged.<br> <br> Having already tasted their barbecue dishes, we wanted to try something new. We had Crab Cakes for appetizer, Zao Pho for my brother, Zao Bowl for me, and Seafood in Claypot for my mom. The Crab Cakes tasted good but what made it stand out for me was the cilantro mayonnaise. It was so good I used it as a dip for the spring rolls that came with my Zao Bowl. Speaking of the Zao Bowl, it was filling but not so fulfilling. I only enjoyed the toppings but not so much the cold vermicelli noodles. As far as I can remember, my brother enjoyed his Zao Pho very much but only after adding (almost) all of the condiments that came with it. I was also able to try the Seafood in Claypot and I liked the chewy texture of the squid as well as the sauced up rice.<br> <br> The star of that night's dinner would have to be their Tamarind Iced Tea. It tasted like the Moniegold chewy tamarind candy which is our family's favorite. I forgot how many refills we had but my brother and I had A LOT.<br> <br> As much as some of their food tasted good, those that I enjoyed weren't exactly Vietnamese dishes. So after eating at Zao, I came to the realization that I am not a fan of Vietnamese food, unfortunately. I'd still like to give their Calamansi Tart a try, though."

"We ate there yesterday for lunch, 24 pax at healthy shabu2 sm aura. we always go there because that is my favorite. Yesterday, however, I saw a cockroach on our table when they brought in the food. I killed it with the tissue, shouted calmly the attention of the male server and showed him. he did not even apologize, he took only the tissue, looked at the cockroache and went. When we had eaten, my Korean gasses saw a cockroache in his table. he killed it with his glass. guests called the server, this time a female server, and showed her the glass with the killed cockroaches at the bottom of the glass. no apologies, again she took the glass and left. we called attention...read more"

"I have been working on mckinley hills for so long and have not yet heard of a restaurant in the heart of enderun. a restaurant in the school known for the production of culinary experts, it can no longer be a surprise, as this can be one of the many platforms in training to become an expert, so expect high standards when it comes to how they show the food and service when they come to dine at this place. they specialize in international cuisine with a local twist to balance with our pinoy gaumen. most of the foods had rich strata and background and how they artistically designed and created. the ambiente des restos is a stylish, fine, cozy atmosphere for people who like to have an intimate date with their partners or family members.<br>/ regarding the food, we were able to taste unique dishes: <br/>One of the appetizers as beautiful and fresh green of their 101 ceasar to salats, vegetables beautiful, which is my fave light and a perfect starter. duck waffles is this a raised version of chickens and waffeln. the waffel texture is crispy and soft inside. loves the delicate and tasteful meat of the duck, which is devastated with rich Gravy gum. the cream of the mushroom is also a star. best served and eaten warm. the soft rolls that swim in the middle of the suppe made it different than the other suppen that they would try. another interesting dish french quail, as we usually do not eat here except the eggs they produce. I was afraid it will taste like deaf meat from which I tried before, that is quite unpleasant because of the aftertaste, but surprisingly it was good and tastes like huh. the flesh is tender, like chicken legs and quite well seasoned. the conchiglie or mush pasta is also good and al dente. it was packed with seafood flavor that they would certainly enjoy. lambie is also recommended if they want more meaty and hearty lunch and dinner. it was perfectly encrusted and also spiced.<br br/>Desserts were my favorite, of course. we have the delice a 68% dark chocolate moist cake with so much delicious! my sweet tooth was triggered with so much joy. a unique is the cup of joe coffee pot de créme, and nussbaum tarte definitiw the best end because of the walnut tart! soft chewing basic with slightly sweet nut tree A-Mazing!<br br>/ to interest them more, they have an breakfast buffet for only 300php. not bad for a buffet every day of the day. Overall, I am astonished by the passion that the chefs put in the plate, so it turned out pretty. kudos and also the staff who are friendly and attentive."
